This is a heads up Dear Reader. I am away for a few days for servicing and installation of new structural frame. AKA total shoulder replacement, bicep muscle and tendon transplant. Yes my friends....Kid Doctor is back and I am in.....I had the right done the  2 years ago so know the ropes and that Sir will be a big Amen to the Nerve Bloc...
