So need a do over!
I am having one of those weeks....2 steps ahead, 1.5 back adding an injury along with those steps.The diet plan...scrapped because of a raging case of gastritis....wait a minute, I think it still might be a diet. The exercise plan...gone, since I dislocated my knee while sleeping 2 weeks ago but.....I tried on bathing suits on Tuesday, heart rate increased to 600ish, broke into a sweat and had muscle fatigue for 3 days following so I'm saying I have worked out. You have GOT TO think positively.
