WTF is with the weather

I am ready....no wait that was Friday, when I was assured packing for Edmonton did not require Artic survival gear. Who the hell is in charge there? I am supposed to be attending a garden party, a BarBQue,a Gyro mothers day tea and an Alumni tour of the General Hospital and grounds.My SIL advises the winds are hurricane force and the blowing freezing snow is making it impossible to be outdoors. I fear for my dear Son in Law in a camp up north with nothing to layer but my black lace teddy and a see through blouse. See ya all Tuesday.
